[Release]Conquer4u Source.

I just want to release my source... thats all Am quitting Conquer for good now and idc If some hated egy's will be using it ... I just dont mind it...

Server is in ini's its all buggy ... thats All I can say. You can fix Archer Calculations if you want.So it wont be that bad , If you wanna make an account just make one by using NEWplayername.And then Leave Only the username you made , Without NEW...And you gotta make another way of saving inventory If you want server to work better.I disabled Inventory Reading in GetCharInfo means You can just add one line that will read Inv.... But It wont save more than 15 Items.

Server got a lot of features.. have a fun.
