How to get the latest Commands

Hello everyone
i need a way to get the latest commands from the gameserver
i've seen many people has the latest 7.4 commands wich i've never seen befor
with anyone So if there's a way to get the commands tell me or give me a hint :)
EX fot the 7.4 commands ( command gives every one online a buff with time also to the creature )
