[need help]Pls help with connect

I have problem with connect
some screens:

ports open:
4418
4500
I can connect to the server, but my friends can't connect...
Anybody know how i can fix this problem:handsdown:

Defuse your firewall and your antivirus and try it if it work you have found the problem :)

i open 1000-8000 ports(for test)
i disable my firewall
my antivirus have no firewall^^(not need to disable)
i'll try
