[KRGC] Loading help

I have signed up to the game and downloaded & installed it.
Logged in through the site, hit Play Game button, then the patcher opens and I hit the start button , then it loads that security window then the loading window, then nothing.
*Running on Windows Vista
*My computer is capable of running Grandchase
* Ive tried running everything in Compatibility mode
*Ive tried disableing UAC
Please help

Ive tried both Platinum hide ip and ProXpn , ive tried running the Main.exe in compatibility mode , ive tried loging in to the website with a proxy. Maybe im not do it right. If its not to much to ask , could someone give me a step by step guide on how to make this work D:

I reinstalled and it still does the same thing.

+1, i tried doing all of this too but still nothing worked, a little more help would be appreciated, thanks

Note: after using Platinum IP it did change my IP, but now the KGC site wont even open.
