Access is denied

i tried to find to answer myself by using google and the search engine on this forum, but i cant find the answer.

i have admin rights on my computer and 2 days ago i used kiki engine and rootkit and i was able to change values (med to stones)
but today i get error when i typ the command "fu -pl 100" in CMD, I get an error "Access is denied"

and i didn't change anything on my computer, how come it doesn't work now?
Please help me, thanks

using vista ? if yes right click on cmd.exe and run as admin

No I'm using Windows XP Professional, my antivirus program is AVG

use fu -pl 500

then just turn off that avg...

First of all check if root kit is on C:\

2e if it still doesnt work ,reboot pc press [F8 or DEL](to get in safe mode) and chekc if you are still admin ...maybe some1/thing changed it

3the reply if the first 2 step doesnt work ^^
