May someone help me to decrypt the files?

They are in client's ini folder.
Under has 2 example of files . I just want to change some item's name inside. :) or I appreciate that if someone shares the tool.

Hey,
Drag the .txt file on the "decryptINI.exe" and It will create file "file.txt_" open it in text editor or PSPad.
You will be able to rewrite the exp, but It won't change anything in-game.

Thanks for helping me MarStra. Your way does not work for me. I think that the tool only works on the old client's file. I could open the old txt or ini though. The levelupexp.txt, which I presented, is the newest client file. You may download the one I presented to test. May I be helped again? :)

I dont change anything from game, I just open it to get some ideas which will help me to contribute in current ps.

i change the ini after every update

its real easy

u open the *.ini ore *.txt what u want to decrypt with decryptINI.exe and then u have a *.ini_ ore *.txt_ what u can edit with notepad or a other good txt edititor

if u are finish u save the *.ini_ ore *.txt_ and open again with decrypt.exe and then u have a *.ini__ ore *.txt__ and now u change only the ending back to *.ini ore *.txt

and then u are finish and can use your new file

Thanks Billythecrit. Did you try my file I presented? Did it work for you? The way I tried to use is I draged the ini which I wanted to be decrypted into the decryptini.exe on the desk, and got a file like .ini__ in the folder where the .ini was, I opened it with normal notepad editer, there was still unreadable letter. Please help me.

1 first u have *.ini
2 the u open *.ini with decryptINI.exe and get a *.ini_
3 the u can edit the *.ini_ and change all names what u want and save the *.ini_
4 u open the *.ini_ also with decryptINI.exe and get a *.ini__
5 and her u change only the datei ending from *.ini__ to *.ini and u are finish

if u still see mess after conversion, it can be in korean laguage

Thanks you guys's contribution. I think that it is the problem of the tool. Becasue the client' ini files are new version, and the tool we use is old version. That's why can not be decrypted.
Here is new client's original one with decryted one, and old client's decryted one.
How can I do ? :( I really to decrypt them. :D

by editing xp in this file you can't change real exp amount in serwer I think
it's probably just info file, needed like other similar files to show messages in game

but if you need it for translation to other language only, there's not much to translate there :)

Thanks Wsv. Actully, I am not gonna change anything from offical client, I just want to see the exp in the offical one, and edit the exp which is shown at the third picture in my server's Levelupexp.txt
I dont play webzen. I have nothing to do with the offical Archlord. My main point is to get some infomations which will help me to edit my server files and in order to provide good stuffs for the players in the future.
