Just the most basic question, have you checked in your dbo.Users_Master if that account actually exist? Have you tried actually creating a new account in your database and loging with it?

If the last post doesn't help any, restore your PS_UserData table with the one from the PS_Data folder. This should help fix any errors that were made in the procs/table.
