Leveling 48-60

I was in this one clan once and they were telling me over vent that if i grinded from lvl 46 to level 48 then got a 30% scroll for 3 days that i could quest from level 48 to 60 in 3 days by quests alone. I didnt think much of it at the time but now im looking into it more. There are 10 quests from 46-47 and 4 more at lvl 48. By doing them all with 30% it would give alot of experience and it might be posible that every time you level you get new quests to level you up again to be like a snowball effect.

Question: Has anyone heard of this or done it or can prove it right or wrong with facts?

If you buy the premium pacage and get a +30% exp scroll you could get 40-60 in about 4 days.

Theory of leveling 48-60 states,
-grind level 46-47
-buy x1 30% scroll for 3 days
-use scroll at level 48
-do all of your quests, mini grind maybe (3 day time period)
-did you get level 60?

Has anyone followed this formula to the letter and received valid results to which we can conclude this theory as a law of requiem, lol.

30% + Premium, you can do it in about 2 days with some help. But if your only on free account, you can't. You need the extra 50% from premium to not have to grind at all.

I got from 46-64 without grinding at all with prem and 30% (on second thought i think i ground like 1 or 2 % on 50 and 51) now i am at 64 and >.> ... lol
