Private Server D11 - Help!

Hey Guys I need your help..
I just want to play on a stable server (D11 Cap) with normal rates (not x500 , max like 150) and many ppl playin on it ..
Whats going on here? Is it just PlaySro which is successfull?
Please help me if u guys got some suggestions, I just want to play Sro D11 Cap but I dont have any clue where :D


---- D12 or D13 would be okay, too exept of playsro
