it's not fake, i think he tells to register in a web that gives suveryes and u gain money, and with that money buy uridium, but he's passing the referal link of the survery, so make we give he money when we resiger (if we do, cos im not gonna register)

It has "R=XXXXXX" which is usually a referral link. You're probably giving him uri.
