Tool for collection of the palladium

I wonder if it is possible to create a tool only for collection of the palladium starting openstealth the source code?

this the source code? programmed in C#?

scoure code is in java, every think if the .rar can be extracted from the rar and opened with notepad, but i dont know java so a java programer have to find updating stript and deletle it, just modificate the program to create a open stealth 2

It's possible but hard.
I tried to learn C# but its really difficult xD
