Updated ts1 KR English patch

I Posted today a new patch for twelvesky1 Korean. (ver 2.6)

new in it translation:

combine at elder bug fixed.
monsterspawn announcement back in
some more items translated
update from alt1 19/7 inplemented

with thanks to Robsus for the user-interface.

i just tested it and it seems the downloadserver is down for the moment.

I changed to another server, the link is working now :)
