NEED HELP PLS

Hi I'm here in Australia but I'm from the philippines, I really wanted to play RF ph here, I downloaded the game, used a ph proxy to log in, but the launcher doesn't allow me to, Log in Server Connection Failure, any account that I log in says that, even non existing accounts, Please help me, I don't know much about networking or what please please

proxies just let the launcher launch but still can't log in, i think i need a more elite proxy but its too hard to find,

use proxifier (google it) and use it to route your client through socks5 proxy server.
