why I can't create new character after login(5518 server)

why I can't create new character after login, stuck in the character choosing menu...
Server have a message : Unhandled item location type 13 and 14 ...

i had the same problem long ago. get a new sql file. idk what causes it.
the unhandled location types are from you equipping items that aren't fully coded. Think those are for accessories if i remember correctly.
