Easiest way is : farm at BG, let the mobs drop the material ... buy a recept (i didnt know really, but i think u must have it to refine) and go to the refinery ... but u need luck (maybe u get for ya char, maybe not -- like the HH realm)

50 artifact, 50 crystal and 5 or 10 strenght of hero ( i think 5 )

Go to Bg farm the material ( Drop From All Mobs In BG ) 20x Crystal Of Chaos , 20x Piece Of Artifacts , 2x Strenght Of Hero + Absolute Armor Manual Or 50x Crystal Of Chaos , 50 x Piece Of Artifact , 5x Strenght Of Hero + Absolute Tartasandra/Zian/Ugdrasil/ Armor Manual gl ^^
