i found this private server and it works
this are the stats
Exp 300x] [Alz 5x] [Drop 5x][Craft 500x] [Skill 10000x] [All premium] [Alot of fixes] [Good GM's] [Website + Forum] [Server uptime 90%] [Max lvl-200] [Webshop Alz/Cash] [TG Working] [Start Stats: 300 statsP at each, AutoHonor 4]

I think that skill exp above 1000x doesn't matter too much, the exp rate is more important. In this case, the exp rate is too low in my opinion.

That's not low for a server. U maybe wondering why?
Coz some servers don't have any rebirth systems so it isn't good to have the stats higher than 300x.
So what's the point to play on a server with no RB system? and stats 1500x?
u get the max lvl in 1 day and all what u need, then is the server unpopular XD
So the rates are good from 250-500x

i cannnot do anythihing like i cant play it. its like it downloads but idk what to do. it doesnt like load on the thing. im gonna make a youtube vid l8r and show u what i mean.

just download, put in folder and start the cabal.exe
NOT cabalmain.exe
