Anyone have a 5517 Client?

Not sure if this is the right section for me to be posting but I guess I will find out sooner or later. Anyways lets jump to the point here! I noticed Fang has released his [Downloads] Popular Clients List thread but i'm not sure how to patch a client the 5187 client that he released up to 5517 where I need it. If anyone would cooperate and reply to the post with helpful information it would be well appreciated. :rolleyes:
