Extra stats

Hey,

I have an lvl 90 HH shield and cant put destiny prayer stone in. So I haven't extra stats, do you need to be lucky when you make an hh shield for extra stats or is there another way to put extra stats in?

I hope someone can help me.

HH ticket, but you cant get it anymore
