Can't download this server

Hi.I dun't know why i can't download this server Cabal Online HighRate Server(cownage.tk)
can any one help me how to download this server patch
I do like this : CliCk enter first >>Click How TO>>Click Accpect>>fill acc&pass>>click Register Acc>>but it's look like this and i can't download cuz the button download is hidden:mad::mad:
