Cant play Video

I donwload the video for creating accounts and i donwload the k-lite codec pack and the NIMO codec pack but nothing works. pls help

Btw, why the hell are you downloading the video? There's a link on the website that allows you to stream the content. If K-Lite doesn't work, search Google for CCCP. Combined Community Codec Pack, anyways. Let me know if this doesn't work.
