GameServer - EU Mastery Cap Bug !

I`am have 130cap sw , i tryed ;

SR_Patcher 1.0.5 , all 130 cap gameserver and ,

All time only working CHN Mastery cap (390) working fine , but EU Mastery cap (260) not working.Only max 240 :(

i cant find EU Mastery Cap , hex code :(

Weird,cuz the eu mastery cap should be dynamic....

well you need to be good hex editor ( debugging too )
it's not that easy
you even need to edit the mastery lvl up
to make it real cap 130 like overlimit

iam overlimit owner but iam talking about team member if overlimit
