Does this still work on INT servers?

yes its still working, tried out 5 min ago(on Hanin!)
and no, u dont need any rootkits for it

it changes the value (i tried with soldier heads and meds)
but when you want to sell or trade, or drop them, its still the normal value, so it doesnt work, appears 904 heads or something, but you dont have them

lol...u cant drop, sell or trade them!
u let the server think that u have mixing stones but in real u have meds!
and if u drop them, meds will be dropped and no stones.

How can you let the server think u have them, and what can i do as server knows i have that stones

well again the problem of client and serversided stuff....#

cooldowns (most of them), speed, mix system, range.... all the stuff which can be done with uce is clientside what means u can manipulate it.

but serverside stuff like attack points, money... is serverside and can not be changed.

only thing what u can do is to let ur client show u that u got something but the server will know how much and what u really got.

so all in all u only can use those faked mix stones for imp a weapon and nothing more

now i got the mystery stone, what can i do with it, whats imp a weapon and how can i do that

With that Mystery Stone you can make your weapon Imperial. You Have to go to the Mixmaster for doing that.

The mistery master sais it can only be used with g2 weapons, i have g40 pimped weapons , ty for helping
