for example 91 is somthing like 4A B4

No decoding is needed, just a plain decimal to hexadecimal conversion.

161. -> 0xA1
91. -> 0x5B

"0x" is a hexadecimal prefix, means the value after it is in hexadecimal format.

Try windows calculator if you don't have anything better.
