[Tutorial] Thief speed, UCE.

Hey. It`s basically a thing for some newbies with UCE. You dont have to waste money for speed-ups, or look for a speed up mage.

1. Use Hide skill,
2. Search for "-30" value,
3. Change it!

Speed up g3 is 45.

Hope any1 would use it o.o

use a pointer ...
