Mastery Cap Eu-Ch

Hi all.
I would mastery cap eu-160 ch -300 .How to make separate ch-eu mastery cap.Please help.

Eu mastery cap is set by lvl x2, it increases by the char gains level. If you set max level to 80, eu mastery cap will be 160.
