Map info needed

hello all

i was wondering is there a way to set a level limit to a map so lower lvls cant access it eg...make a map for lvl 100 and above
as i know you can do this by setting the lvl via the NPC but you would still be able to Ring of use scrolls
so can you set a lvl start to a map

also can someone point me to where i can find the spider dungeon 3 (V3)

You must make a quest for the map.
