go to processes

and try look for msn and End process

done that done re installed i even 1 - go to Start Menu
2 - go to Run...
3 - type in regedit
4 - double click HKEY_CURRENT_USER
5 - double click Software
6 - scroll down and look for Microsoft, double click it.
7 - scroll down and look for MSNMessneger, DELETE IT.
8 - attempt to boot Live Messenger.

did that i resetted router ive done everything their is needed too be done but dumb msn dosnt wanna load

About new servers : Why ? Why should they make new servers with higher rates?! everyone will just leave 50x server and will play on one with higher rates.. nO.
