I'm planning to work on that Resource Editor a bit, and since the most of that crap is public I'll release a small Version of my Resource Editor.
Note: You just are able to read the rdb's, you can't save them!
Supported rdb's:
Don't mess around with that little thing, I didn't included crashfixes :D
I'm also thinking about creating a premium-version of it supporting every existing rdb-file, but well, we'll see. :)

If you press the Button, a .sql-File with the content will be created on your desktop.
Also I'm not sure if every table is correct, I didn't really tested it - So if you find any bugs, let me know it.

eh, VS made a mistake somewhere, not sure why, but at the final build all of the .sql-files are empty <.< sec.
