[Release] Resource Editor Lite

Heya,

I'm planning to work on that Resource Editor a bit, and since the most of that crap is public I'll release a small Version of my Resource Editor.

Note: You just are able to read the rdb's, you can't save them!

Supported rdb's:

• BanWordResource :p
• ItemResource
• MonsterResource
• PetResource
• StateResource
• StatResource

Don't mess around with that little thing, I didn't included crashfixes :D

I'm also thinking about creating a premium-version of it supporting every existing rdb-file, but well, we'll see. :)

errr, before I forget it:
If you press the Button, a .sql-File with the content will be created on your desktop.
Also I'm not sure if every table is correct, I didn't really tested it - So if you find any bugs, let me know it.

eh, VS made a mistake somewhere, not sure why, but at the final build all of the .sql-files are empty <.< sec.

there is a bug in monster resource

when i select the rdb file of monster resource it stop working

also the item resource are not working correctly
it doesn't calculate the /100 in range
