[Request] Eo server hoster

Looking for a hoster
RAM : at least 3 GB
OS : better be XP or windows 7 , but all accepted ( windows )
CPU : core to dual 4.2 or + , Dual core 3.2 or +
Internet connection : DSL + 64 MB , T3 , T2
should be able to host the server 24/7 or 22/7
should have static IP so server be non-hamachi
need experience in fixing server, maintain it ...etc
HOST will get PM for sure and db access

if u need to apply for this , send ur PC , connection info in Private Message and i will decide

[NOTE] I cant pay for the hoster , so it shold be free

6 gig ram
using xp/linux
running 30gb interent connection

umm , it dont matter if u have static or dynamic IP

well i can host it now coz i dont have any reason to keep playing in my own andirew deleted everything....ws me if u want....
