unbanning in Gamez?

hi i play in aion private server..
Gamez.
And my friend was banned and he s just wondering if there is a method that can be unbanned?

BTW, the ban is not an ip ban, it is an account ban and I wonder if it can be unbanned by any chance :3

U can not. U need a connection to the Database Server to unban him.
