help with IG 2.05

I am pulling my HAIR out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My IG walker is working on my upstairs computer perfectly that is vista 64bit but on my downstairs laptop that is running Windows xp pro with the same IG walker files and program and fix and i can run ig walker, and login to the game and it says Verify OK, but there is nothing in the drop down boxes and it just doesnt seem to recognize my character.

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG??

second,i dont have vista (thank god) so i cant compare to anything,it works on my XP well
