HELP Guys!!!

I have some problem with my Conquer.

When im in Phoenix City i am disconnecting at some coordinates.

This problem shows only at my computer.My friends doesn't have this problem.

If any1 knows how to solve this problem please tell me

Whats ur pc specs? whats ur regular fps?

my pc spec are
intel celeron 2.8GHz
768MB Ram
Nvidia GeForce 6200 on 256 MB Ram
