Server Files !!! (7.4)

Hello Im looking for the files to make my own Rappelz Pserver i did download them from NCarbon Team official site arcadiadev site like 1 year ago and now i cant find that site -.- were do all the pplz get the files from i mean uppdates from 7.3 to 7.4 and stuff like that some site is upploading them or what ? plz i what the files ;) and maby you can help me with a good tuturial on how to set up in perfection xD thx in advance

Hmm you can ask Xijezu his server was shutted down by Gala ;) And as far as i know every server on epvpers was reported to gala.
