I have noted that in this section, there are alots of threads that are dead, spammed or even duplicated
so Im posting this "index" to know what to do and what will happen when you post or create an advert thread

1. This is not an internal rule, all this are based on the rules of all the forum.
2. Warns are not infractions. but ways to warn(duh) the users without penalties. also already warned users will receive infractions if the action is committed again
3. the index will go as follows

Ok, lets start

Creating a Thread

Case:Stealing thread content
Overview:When a thread's OP uses images, phrases or entire paragraphs from other's thread
Consequence
The thread will be examined with a text comparison tool and if the new thread's content contains similar or same content than another thread, the thread will be closed and the thread's OP will be punished according to their infraction logs

Action: Thread contains no backlink
Grade: Low
Consequence: links deleted/ thread close/ User warned/infracted
Overview: Someone starting a new thread which website/forum/regpage has not a backlink to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...](not their thread) will have the Consequence listed above. Normally Moderators will immediately check new threads for this.

Action: Creating a Duplicated thread
Grade: Low
Consequences: thread deleted/ User warned/infracted
Overview: Sometimes people like to "push" their servers with updates. But they create a new thread instead. This is multi-threads. Only 1 thread per user/owner is allowed. This means, that 3 server of the network(for example) MUST be advertised on same thread, not on different ones.

Action: Duplicating other threads(different user)
Grade: Low
Consequence: content removed/ thread close/ User warned/infracted
Overview: A thread that was already posted by other used will be closed and content removed as well as warned/infracted.

Action: Creating threads over and over
Grade: Medium
Consequences: thread deleted/ user warned/infracted(usually infracted directly)
Overview: Backlink violation applied, but user created a new thread again, and again and again(for example). This will normally get warned, however since a warn is usually the reason for the first thread to be deleted/closed, an infraction is more common. This are several rules at once btw(Multi threads, backlink violation, spam, Disobeying a mod)

Action: Poor quality thread
Grade: Low
Consequences: thread closed/ User warned/infracted
Overview: Easy, don't follow at least some points on [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], then your thread will be closed

Action: Exceeding the maximum amount of pictures in an advertisement
Grade: Medium
Consequences: Content removed (in special cases, User warned/infracted)
Overview: You have created a thread and put more than 5 images into it without using a spoiler.

Action: Offtopic threads
Grade: medium
Consequences: Thread deleted or moved. Thread starter warned)
Overview: Moved threads is usually done if the user requests it(saying it was a mistake). else, the thread will be deleted.

Action: "Please help"/Status Threads
Grade: medium
Consequences: Thread deleted/Thread starter warned)
Overview: The kind of "Is server online?" threads are not allowed on this section(in fact on none of the other sections, it should be posted on their respective threads). Also, "why i cant start client?" should be posted on he Ask the Experts Section.

Action: Not finished servers
Grade: Low
Consequence: Thread closed
Overview: Posting a server advertise thread about an unfinished server("will open in 1 week" for example) will have the thread closed as it isn't considered advertising yet. The thread must have at least a website(Facebook links are not considered advertising websites) with backlinks on it and the server must be at least near to its opening(1-3 days= ok, 2-3 weeks= not ok)

Action: Separated names
Grade: Extremely low
Consequence: Title changed
Overview: posting a name of a server(for example Portal SRO) will be changed by mod to PortalSRO to ease our work at finding duplicated threads. Im adding this to have it clear if someone ask why your thread name was changed

Action: Foreign Language
Grade: Low
Consequences: thread closed/content removed / User warned/infracted
Overview: Even backlink added, if thread OP is on a foreign language(Non English/German) will be closed and user punished according their infraction history.

Action: Hamachi Server
Grade: Medium
Consequence: links deleted/ thread close/ User warned/infracted
Overview: Any server hosted on hamachi or any proxy-based network will be closed and links/network details will be removed.

Posting on threads

Action: Spam
Grade: medium
Consequences: post deleted/poster warned)
Overview: Nothing more to say. Pictorical spam is included in here

Action: Flaming/Swearing/Baiting users
Grade:High
Consequences: post deleted/ user warned
Overview: any kind of flame and swear will always result on a warn/infraction and the post deleted. No exception. Baiting the users consist in accusing of something not proved as well as making the other user to answer in a rude way. The Consequence will be the same. Also, this applies to all the users that post topic not concerning to the forum(persona issues for example)

Action: Advertising on other threads
Grade : high
Consequences: post deleted/user warned
Overview: will always result on a warn/infraction and the post deleted. Also, refer links are not allowed.

Action: Thread bumping
Grade: Medium
Consequence: post deleted/user(s) punished
Overview: Any thread that gets early bumped, will have its post removed and punished according to their infraction profile. This works the other way around(bumping very old threads will be punished as well). The time allowed to bump is once 24 hours

Ok this is like the most important ones for now. We will be always moderating the forums for all this stuff

Some advice:
Always use the report system: Do not take action on your hands and start a flamewar. PMing a Mod helps too but since the report are public to all Mods, it will be easier to have your case solved.
If you got your thread close, PM a Moderator for some advice/explanation
Dont blame the mods: we are following orders and rules. Of course we are humans but in that case, it is easier if you and for the community to avoid hate.

You give someone a sneak peak, and they'll be waiting for the server.
It's a good thing to do, so peoples serers get a high boost at the beginning.

Well, I agree to this.

If you got at least a website, a host and your server will start in a few days, we can turn a blind eye on this.
But it is still nonsense to advertise something which does not exist yet.

to clear this up, future server advert is allowed only when:

• There is a 2-3 days before server opens
• At least a website most be provided(Facebook links doesn't count, and if there is no backlink on the website, the thread will be closed for sure)

If the server goes down, if the website is still up, the thread WONT be closed

I'm going to explain this
If you post on English, should be kept in English, the thread must not be overtaken by other languages(only in special cases like support threads)

Ok, let's clear out some stuff

About the "Multi-Thread" rule
Some are saying if it is ok for them to make more than 1 thread for their network, or to revive their threads
We(soon I) want to keep this section clean out of stupid fights and stuff
We(again) ALLOW more then 1 thread. The point of the rule was to make sure the users do post 5-6 of a the same server(not same network)
Ill modify that rule so that a network can have more than 1 thread(one for each server)
