Problem with making GM account

Heya , I have setuped my server correctly , It actually lets me login when im a normal user ,, But when my sec_primary and sec_contect as 1 , To be GM it doesnt even though i added my ip in Privileged , But when seC_primary and seC_content is 3 as a normal char it lets me login normaly and play and do whatever i want ! , Please if some one could help it would be awesome!

if your server is hamachi then you've to put your hamachi ip in Privileged .

Nope its not hamachi and not static ip its on a DEDI "VPS" thats what i did , added every thing but still not working

You cant add ur own (WORLD) IP to _PrivilidgedIP table?
