Can't open NPC , Teleporter

Okey my problem is : When i click on NPC or Teleporter its not openning ... Aany ideas ? im using 7.4 files which Xijezu shared whit us.

NPCResource.
LUAs.
If you can't take it from there, you'd best just join an established server.
