EP5 SData to SQL Assistance

Wondering if someone can help me learn how to get an SQL file from the Monster.SData as nothing I've tried has helped. I can get one from the item.SData but not Monster. Making a new current server with all the newest info from OS in it but havin that one small issue for the Database.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.`

You have to select all values of your dbo.Mobs [MobItems] and save this as Mobs.csv [MobItems.csv]. Open your Monster.SData in shStudio and Import this two Files.
