Problem with Ibot

Hi all,
i've a problem with Ibot and my account with a regular Ibot's license.

The login is ok, the license is recognized but when i press start the ship doesn't works.
In the other account all works correctly.

I try to describe the problem:
The ship jump to x-2, change configuration but don't jump to x-1 and stay over the portal for hours.
I've tried to do anything but without success.

How can i solve?

Done but doesn't work.

The Bot works properly, but not with my account.
Is like a bug.

If i press a point on the map for moving the ship, automatically the bot press the button "play" !!! But only with my account! I don't know why!

Have u ever tried to fly manually is this working?
And have you set on the left side, how many enemys are allowed? Cause when this is too low and enemys are there he waits in safe zone.

Open your account manually and make the ship jump to another map and back again then open it through Ibot.

I have setted the enemy level to 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 but nothing.
I can't move the ship manually because if i press a point on the map, the bot start automatically!, in the other account this fact doesn't happen.
So, i can't jump in 3-2 or 3-1 or in other maps.

I've tried all but nothing.
I don't know why.

You also loogen in? Without bot and tried to jump?

I can't try now because i've changed my ID in the license.

Later i'll buy a license and i'll try.

try clearing the temporary files from your browser happens to me often I clear my cache and cookies boxybot and resolved.
