Question About BonusPack.

I started in new server so i get begginer pack. Can i get Bonus pack somehow too?

You get it in lvl 70.

How? it will appear in my inventory or i have to talk with npc or smth?

You simply right click the begginer pack in 65, i think.
I can have a cheak when i gets home.
