Can i play on another client?

I have a question...
i want to play metin2.ro on metin2.es client...
can i do this?

No, only if you're able to extract the .epk/eix files in order to reconfigure the client.

Why you want to play an .ro server, when you speak spanish? :O
And no you cant do that.
