3rd Rb Effect

I tried to add 3rd rb effect, didn't work. I have 3rd rb working. Still need the effect, could someone help me with it???

Btw, my server is up and running again...

3rb - ok i need to ask you something.

Do all your skills work on your server...by all i mean ALL.

I think the skills are the most important thing you need so why create 3rb if the basics are not done

(if skills are done then my rant is pointless)

Well i must say, most of them work... And i don't want them all working yet :D
