how can i make 27/4 for my p-server ?

Second of all , i was just more likely fooling u , i know what u mean ( 24/7 probably)
So... the solution for it is buying host.

with he average amount of players a server is having nowadays, a 8gb ram server will do

A decent quality server will not come anywhere near 85$ a month, I can not state this enough. There is a reason nobody likes ovh
