Error 0x3 and how to fix it

Error 0x3 caused by either no internet access, DNS problem, or cheat redundancy as far as I know.
To fix this:

1.Make sure you have internet access (duh..)

2.For DNS problem, you could try syarilevil's DNS from his method [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] or simply use Google DNS which is the fastest public DNS -> Primary 8.8.8.8 | Secondary 8.8.4.4 (I prefer Google DNS since it's more secure)

3.For cheat redundancy (ie. GCT's cheat who replace unicows.dll), try to delete that file (or simply replace it with the original or other client's if you have)

As the TS had clarified with the mods , The TS had his own method.

its not helping....T.T grndchase is tering apart...i keep losing my grandchase.exe
i dont know where the hell it lost.....
this makes me save a copy of tht file....nd everytime i want to updte...i'll have to paste it in the GC folder....SICk!!

it's strange, I never encounter that kind of problem, I thought maybe virus ?

also if you already patch the game, you could always create a shortcut that targets "[your GC folder]\main.exe __kogstudios_original_service__" without apostrophe. This bypass the patcher and starts the game immediately.
