what db you use?,
you add astral D9 in npc right?

just look to refpackageitem again maybe the codename is wrong or look at refobjcommon if the D9 astral stone service =0 if it's like that in refobjcommon

just put 1 so service = 1 and restart your shardmanager and gameserver

its from ur scrapofpackageitem check data use this query

USE SRO_VT_SHARD

UPDATE _REFSCRAPOFPACKAGEITEM
