How i can run two servers on a dedicated server?

Hi ! epvp i want to know how I run two metin2 servers on the same dedicated server , I changed the database for example account for the first and accountpvp for the second. It's starting but don't work i have this error in syserr in channel 1:

SYSERR: Jul 3 20:49:28 :: socket_bind: bind: Address already in use

How i fix this problem?
