elite necky (free)

Hi guys, can anyone please guide me to get an elite necky (free)?

some ppl says its from quest? but which speciic quest?

anyone? =)

You get it frome beginner pack lvl 50 or somthing.

i only got an elite ring at around lvl 50 beginner pack. not an elite necky.

as for quest. i have completed the bonus item quest until the ghost city. yet still have not came across any elite necky.

any kind souls happen to know please guide me.

Ring or neck is random.

On that bag you can get an elite lvl 45 necky or ring lvl 50, if you got the ring you have to buy a necky.
