Teleport command

Hey i have my own server.. i want to teleport to any X,Y and if i need it z coordinates... i know that /warp is working ...but i dont know how to set the coordinades in the command... i want to teleport on a wall or whatever...on a building...i saw this but i dont know how to do this..anyone has an example for me ?

/Warp [X] [Z] [Y] = Warp char to the region

But /warp will 'warp' you.. I mean you will see the map there only, your real location won't be changed. To do that so,

After warping you can save the area with /addwp XXX, then simple use /wp XXX. That'll change your real location now.
