I'd like to inform, that open source project aion-emu has just started.
Its goal is to create stable and retail like aion game server emulator.
I do know, that it's just the beginning and long way to any good results, but hey, everything has its beginning.
So far teams is made of 2 people.
We already have 3 years of expierience in developing gameserver for lineage2. During that time we learn a lot about creating such big application. And that experience, and also solutions we already have, will help a lot in new project.
I'm inviting everybody interested in aion gameserver development, to join us.
We need skilled coders with good java experience, people with assembler knowledge and of course people playing on retail servers who would gather usefull informations.
True development will start, when we'll get access to official servers (which will be soon). So far we've created funcional loginserver.
So, if you're interested in being a part of aion emulator development, not only a child who wanna has server being set up, asking "when it will be working, got to download and start", please visit our forums.
