What is a program that I can use to make a bot easily?

I am looking to make a bot that presses CTRL+V then Enter in 5 minute intervals.

with autoit u can make this easy

you mark anything, for an example an url, than use ctrl + c to copy it.

thats your input?

than you want this program to use every 5minutes ctrl + v and confirm with enter? so you are using everytime the same url?

i might be wrong that your talking about an url.
