How can anyone be interested if you don't tell anything about the server?
Just saying >.> if you would like someone interested then make them interested by telling what your server offers over someone else's.

Alot of questions pops to mind about this but it turn comes back what alot of people say about this. dont look on a forum for your staff members if you find one then great, but ask for help if you need. as stated many times before of threads like this. sorry and i hope you find the person to do the work you want , and i hope you treat the fair.
